Automatic Bedding Dump System
Application:
ABD-600 is an automatic bedding dump system developed by our company based on the current situation of the padding in the animal laboratory’s dumping cage box. It can protect operators and prevent odors or padding foam from splashing out during the dumping process. This machine is equipped with HEPA filtration and negative pressure fan to suck the padding negative pressure into the storage bucket.
Advantages:
1. The entire process of negative pressure HEPA filtration and exhaust effectively adsorbs padding droplets and odors, protecting personnel safety.
2.PLC control system, real-time display of air volume
3.ABD-600 is equipped with large glass windows on both sides and lighting on the top.
4.Install handrails on both sides, with casters at the bottom for easy equipment movement.
5.The bottom of the equipment is equipped with a movable 80L large capacity trash can.
