Animal Cage Washing System

Application:
Our cleaning system ensures the cleanliness of the animal room. The perfect hygiene conditions come from high-quality system cleaning processes. We have specially designed a fully automatic animal cage cleaning equipment based on the requirements of experimental animal industry users for cage cleaning. It uses hot water combined with acidic or alkaline cleaning agents, high pressure, and high flow spraying methods to achieve a fully automatic spray cleaning process for cage boxes, box covers, metal racks, and drinking water bottles

Advantages:
1.Negative pressure HEPA filter exhaust in the whole process, adsorb litter droplets and peculiar smell.

2.There are large glass windows on both sides of the equipment, and the top is equipped with illuminators to increase light transmission.

3.Handrails are installed on both sides, and the bottom is equipped with casters to facilitate the movement of the equipment.

4.There is a removable large-capacity dirt bucket at the bottom of the equipment.

5.Structure
(1)Door structure: Ergonomically designed to reduce cleaning intervals and facilitate quick and convenient operation.
(2)Door sealing system: Silicone resin sealing.

6.Material
Main material: The outer shell material is AISI304, and the chamber material is AISI304.

7.Control System
(1)PLC Control System: 10.2-inch touch screen, with editable cleaning program on the operation interface, such as cleaning water temperature, rinsing water temperature, cleaning, rinsing, emptying time, etc.
(2)Cleaning program: ≥ 20 types can be edited according to user needs, one is a combination of alkaline cleaning and rinsing; The other is alkaline cleaning, acidic neutralization, and high-temperature pure water rinsing, which have two cleaning modes.

8.Cleaning System
(1)Standard cycle: The cleaning water temperature is ≥ 55 ℃. The rinsing water temperature is ≥ 82℃, and the cycle time is ≤ 4.5min. The standard procedure includes cleaning, draining, rinsing, and draining. Cleaning throughput ≥ 40 cage boxes/cycle.
(2)The basket size is 1410mm (L) * 935mm(W), and the cleaning bracket can be adjusted at an angle to increase spray coverage and pressure, making cleaning cleaner.
(3)For rabbit cages and guinea pig cages, the equipment can achieve single cycle acid washing and alkali washing (with built-in acid and alkali cleaning agents of 6kg each).
(4)Cleaning Arm Design: 6 spray arms, with cleaning nozzles and rinsing nozzles on the same plane. There are ≥ 44 cleaning nozzles and ≥ 86 rinsing nozzles, which are matched with adjustable cage placement racks to prevent cross infection.

9.Rinsing System
(1)The independent rinsing water pump provides a rated flow rate of 45L/min for rinsing at a head of 17 meters, with a power of ≤ 0.3kW. It is equipped with an independent control water tank, as well as independent spraying pipelines and pumps, and does not participate in the cleaning process to ensure absolute cleanliness of the spraying water.
(2)Outlet water pressure of nozzle: cleaning water nozzle pressure ≥ 1.9 Bar; Rinsing nozzle pressure ≥ 2 Bar
(3)The rated flow rate of the cleaning circulation pump is 500L/min at a head of 13 meters, with a power of ≤ 1.5kW. The pump head is made of 316 stainless steel, and the pump is equipped with a soft start variable frequency function to reduce the damage to the equipment caused by excessive spraying pressure at the moment of pump startup.
(4)Cage placement method: The cage in the cleaning cabin can be tilted and horizontally freely placed, and the cleaning rack can be adaptively adjusted to meet the cleaning requirements of various cages such as large and small mouse cages, guinea pig cages, and rabbit cages.
